We took a little trip to the North Pole on the Polar Express last night. It has become one of our favorite festive traditions. The kids get so excited and it is really quite a magical night for them. We went with the Baker Family (my sister Kate) who are down from Seattle for Thanksgiving. The kids all wore their pajamas just like in the book. And they were so starstruck when Santa came into our train car and greeted each kid. It was the perfect activity to kick off the holiday season.
